Cancellation: If a client cancels a reservation, there will be a cancellation charge, which will depend on the
number of days before the confirmed arrival date.
Cancellation fees are as follows: 60 – 45 days before 50% of the total amount, 45 days or less 100% of the total amount.
A holding deposit of £100 will be charged when booking to cover risk of damage and returned once the villa has been checked after your holiday.
